The room had a modern look and was quite clean upon arrival. The shower pressure was impressive, making for a refreshing start to the day. I found the pancakes from the automatic pancake machine to be delicious and a highlight at breakfast. Free parking right outside the reception was a real convenience. However, the bed felt too soft and lacked support, which left both of us with backaches after our stay. The air conditioning unit was disturbingly loud and interrupted our sleep at night. Additionally, breakfast options did not meet expectations. cold biscuits and a lack of scrambled eggs were disappointing. Overall, the experience had its good moments, but there are some areas requiring attention.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The clean and cozy room offered a peaceful night’s rest before our travel. Breakfast was well-stocked with attentive staff.

However, we found the elevator situation quite inconvenient on a busy weekend, and the pool area was smaller than expected. Additionally, some items during breakfast could be improved for quality.

Some guests expressed concerns about parking lot security, with vehicle break-ins noted!!! Delayed housekeeping services could frustrate those expecting timely room cleaning. Overall, the hotel is just okay but improvements are definitely necessary!!!

I was absolutely appalled by the lack of cleanliness. the floors felt sticky and had hairs everywhere. can you believe i had to ask for new sheets? for $500, i expected a warm welcome or at least a decent breakfast, but alas. they didn’t even bother to greet me! could've been good, but just couldn't.

Pillows were uncomfortable, but the warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch!

great access to parks and local attractions within walking distance

my stay was fantastic with very friendly staff and great access to a variety of parks nearby, especially Lake Gibson just over 1 km away, making for a perfect spot for walking and enjoying nature.

The breakfast options, the cleanliness of the room, the helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding.

Excellent location with a very attentive staff made the trip enjoyable. The pool area was a hit with the kids, as it offered a nice blend of fresh air without the need for sunscreen. However, the loud air conditioning unit disrupted our sleep, leaving room for improvement.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lakeland North I-4 By Ihg was fantastic! The location is perfect, close to eateries and with a very nice walk-in shower in the room. The staff was incredibly welcoming, which made us feel right at home throughout our visit.
